following:

UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, hereby informs you according to Sec. 21 para 1
WpHG that on December 17, 2007, our voting rights have exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft
(DE000620440), Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg and now amount to 3.09%
(820,803 shares). Hereof, 0.08% of the respective voting rights (21,152
shares) are attributed to UBS AG according to Sec. 22 Para. 1 Sent. 1 No. 1
WpHG.
