NCC sells office project in Denmark for SEK 156 million

NCC Property Development A/S is selling its Company House II office project in
Kolding to Kristensen & Holmsberg for SEK 156 million. The sale will have a
positive effect on earnings, which will be reported in the fourth quarter of
2008 when the building is completed, and the buyer will take possession in
December 2008.


The building has total floor space of 6,300 square meters, 89 percent of which
is leased. The largest tenants will be LM Glasfiber A/S, which will lease 4,100
square meters, and COWI A/S, which will lease 1,500 square meters. 

NCC Property Development is responsible for leasing the remaining floor space in
Company House II. Construction is under way and occupancy is expected to take
place in December 2008.
