Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 20, 2007 the Nortwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company,
Wisconsin, USA, has informed us according to section 21, para.1, 22 WpHG,
that on 19 Dezember 2007 the voting interest held by the Northwestern
Mutual Life Insurance Company, Wisconsin, USA, in TAG Tegernsee
Immobilien-und Beteiligungs-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, fell below the
threshold of 3% and now amounts to 2.97% (equivalent to 968,835 voting
rights).

Pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 no. 1 WpHG 0.83% of the voting rights
(equivalent to 269,379 voting rights) are attributed to the Northwestern
Mutual Life Insurance Company, Wisconsin, USA, by Northwestern Mutual
Series Fund, Inc., Maryland, USA, and 0.04% of the voting rights
(equivalent to 11,908 voting rights) by Northwestern Mutual Life
Foundation, Inc., Wisconsin, USA.
