We received with letter of December 21, 2007 the following notice in
accordance with section 21, paragraph 1 and section 22, paragraph 1 of the
Wertpapierhandelsgesetz from T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Baltimore,
USA:

T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. ('Price Associates') hereby gives notice,
pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on December 18, 2007, the voting
interest held by Price Associates in GRENKELEASING AG exceeded the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.58%. As of December 18, 2007, Price
Associates held a total of 490,000 shares of common stock of GRENKELEASING
AG. Also, as of December 18, 2007, 3.58% of the voting shares were
attributable to us in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG.

and amounted to 3.58%. Furthermore, 3.58% of the voting shares are
attributable to us in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6, sent. 2
of the WpHG.
