Tel Aviv/ Israel; December 27, 2007 Metis Capital Ltd. (Prime Standard:
EIC; TASE: MTSC) In accordance with the company's prospectus dated May 29,
2007, Metis hereby announces that on December 26, 2007, Metis Capital Real
Estate Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of the company, sold NIS 5,000,000
worth of debentures (series A) of the company at a price of 96.00 NIS per
debenture and on December 27, 2007, the subsidiary sold NIS 481,000 worth
of debentures (series A) of the company at a price of 97.18 NIS per
debenture. The total sum received by the subsidiary in the two transactions
is NIS 5,261,723 net of commissions.
