On December 21st, 2007, Capital Guardian and Trust Company, Los Angeles,
USA has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares
its voting rights in telegate AG, München-Martinsried, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005118806, WKN: 511880, exceeded 3 % on December 18th, 2007. On December
18th, 2007 Capital Guardian and Trust Company's voting rights amounts to
3.01% (this corresponds to 639,905 ordinary shares).
3.01% of all voting rights in telegate AG were attributed to Capital
Guardian and Trust Company (voting rights arising from 639,905 ordinary
shares) pursuant to Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
