On listing of JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” extra bearer shares with the voting rights

According to the listing decision made by Riga Stock Exchange Management Board
on December 27, 2007, extra  2 240 000 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka ordinary bearer
shares with voting rights will be listed on Baltic Secondary List starting
December 28, 2007. All together there will be listed 12 146 412 AS “Latvijas
Krājbanka” ordinary bearer shares with voting rights (ISIN LV0000100683,
trading code LKB1R) and 2 834 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” “A” category preference
shares (ISIN LV0000200012, trading code LKB2R) starting December 28, 2007.
