Notice of shareholding pursuant to section 29 of the Securities Trading Act

With effect of the 28 December 2007 Verlinvest, through its subsidiary
Cofintra,  has acquired 8,927,270 shares of Capinordic A/S each with a nominal
value of 0.50 DKK. The shareholding is equal to 7.5% of the total issued share
capital and voting rights of Capinordic A/S. 

Verlinvest, based in Brussels, is a family owned Belgian Holding Company,
active in Europe and the United States, and investing principally in recognized
brands with high growth potential or stable cash flows with majority or
minority participations, quoted and unquoted and is active in the LBO market.
Its current participations are in the sectors of beverages (Remy Cointreau,
Vita Coco), ornemental stone (Carrières du Hainaut), cosmetics (Jean d'Estrées
and René Garraud) and wellbeing ( Spa and Salon International, licencee of Dove
Spa and Pond's Institute) and residential and medicated services for elderly
people (Restel Residences). 

Verlinvest S.A. participates actively by putting management resources at the
company's disposal.  In line with this, the CEO in Verlinvest S.A. Frédéric de
Mevius will announce his candidature as a board member at the upcoming annual
general meeting in Capinordic A/S. 

Frédéric de Mevius holds a B.A. in Economics and has among other been member of
the Board of Directors of Inbev nv/sa and an Executive Director at Lehman
Brothers in New York and London.
