Mr Klaus Rehnig, Germany has informed us, according to article 21,
paragraph 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that his voting rights in
Wirecard AG, Grasbrunn/Munich, Germany have fallen below the threshold of
3% on 12th December 2007 and then amounted to 2.92 % (2,376,973 voting
rights).
