Changes in Addtech's management and the composition of its Board of Directors

As previously announced, Johan Sjö has assumed the duties as
President and Chief Executive Officer of Addtech AB as of 1 January
2008. In connection with Roger Bergqvist vacating the post of
President, he also leaves his assignment as Director of Addtech.
