Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 28, 2007 , UBS AG Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
MAN AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0005937007, WKN: 593700, have exceeded the
3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 21, 2007 and now amount to 3.33%
(this corresponds to 4692200 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.46% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 642474 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from UBS AG.
