KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE NOTIFICATION 2.1.2008 AT 09.45 1(1) In December total of 105 new Kesko Corporation B shares were subscribed for with the stock options marked with symbol 2003D and 2003E in Kesko Corporation's 2003 stock option scheme. The corresponding increase in share capital will be entered in the Trade Register on 11 February 2008. A total of 50 new B shares were subscribed for with Kesko Corporation's year 2003 stock options marked with symbol 2003D and 55 new B shares with stock options marked with symbol 2003E. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the stock option scheme, the subscription price of the shares with stock options marked with symbol 2003D is €3.03 per share and with options marked with symbol 2003E €10.59 per share .
