The merger between Satama Interactive Plc and Trainers' House Oy has been completed and registered to the trade register on 31 December 2007. The companies have announced the transaction on 29 August 2007. In the same connection the trade name of the company has been changed to Trainers' House Plc and sections 1 and 2 of the articles of association concerning the company's trade name and area of business have been changed to correspond to the new company's trade name and area of business. In connection with the completion of the merger the management of the combined company has changed as follows: Mr. Jari Sarasvuo has been nominated as the CEO of the company as of 31 December 2007. In the same connection Mr. Sarasvuo has resigned from the Board of Directors of Trainers' House Plc. Mr. Jarmo Lönnfors, the previous CEO of Satama Interactive Plc will continue as Managing Director, with the responsibility for marketing and management systems business areas. Mr. Vesa Honkanen, the previous CEO of Trainers' House Oy will continue as Managing Director, with the responsibility for training business area. Mr. Kai Seikku will begin as a member of the Board of Directors as of 31 December 2007.
