DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
The company has been advised that, on 31 December 2007, certain directors of G4S
plc acquired ordinary shares of G4S plc as a result of the vesting of shares
awarded under the company's synergy bonus scheme relating to the six months
period ending 31 December 2004.
The transactions were as follows:
Nick Buckles acquired 54,478 shares.
Trevor Dighton acquired 40,784 shares.
In each case the deemed value of the shares was £2.42 per share.
As a result of these transactions, the respective holdings of Messrs Buckles and
Dighton in ordinary shares of G4S plc are now 1,166,423 and 794,241.
