Member resigns of own volition from board

Per Norén decided to end his appointment as a member of Cybercom's board.

During the autumn of 2007, Per Norén moved to Seattle, Washington USA, where he
leads strategic environmental initiatives for Boeing, an airplane manufacturer."Considering the circumstances, I don't have the same opportunities to actively
participate in Cybercom's board activities," says Norén. "I've had the privilege
of sitting on the board for nearly two years and have participated in the
company's fantastic transformation. Cybercom has competent, motivated personnel;
focused executives; a solid, knowledgeable board; and owners that think long
term. I choose to make my Cybercom board position available to persons who can
actively continue the board's work and be close to the company during its
exciting future development."

Per Norén resigned at year-end.
