Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Tradewinds Global Investors LLC, Los Angeles, CA 90067, USA, notified us on
27 December 2007 pursuant to section 21 para. 1 and section 22 para.1
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that their portion
of voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring,
Germany, exceeded on 21 December 2007 the threshold of 3% and on that day
amounted to 3.12% (which corresponded to 3,508,735 shares) of the total
voting rights in Premiere AG (which corresponded on that day to 112,460,000
shares). All of the voting rights are attributed to Tradewinds Global
Investors LLC as investment advisor pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence
1 no. 6 WpHG.
