COMPTEL CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 7 JANUARY 2008 AT 15.50 PM Comptel Has Signed a Major Long-Term Deal with IBM in India Comptel Corporation has signed a significant agreement with IBM in India concerning license upgrades and support contract for ten years. The agreement includes both Comptel Provisioning and Activation Solution and Comptel Convergent Mediation Solution which have already been in use in one of IBM's customer, a major mobile operator in India. The value of license upgrades is USD 4.7 million which Comptel has booked for the fourth quarter of 2007. In addition, the value of the support and maintenance agreement will be booked during the duration of the contract in next ten years. “This is an outstanding agreement for us in the growing Asia-Pacific region.
