7 January 2008 Announcement No. 02/2008 Topdanmark now holds own shares representing 10.00% of the share capital as opposed to the 9.28% previously reported in announcement No. 29/2007 published on 20 December 2007. This is an increase in the holding of own shares to 1,763,464 shares from the 1,635,639 previously reported. At an extraordinary general meeting on 13 December 2007 it was decided to reduce the share capital by 751,000 of these 1,763,464 own shares and they are expected to be cancelled on the expiry of the three-month time limit for filing objections on 17 March 2008. In 2007 Topdanmark bought back the entire share by-back programme of DKK 2bn. The share by-back programme for 2008 will be announced in the 2007 Annual Report on 11 March 2008.
