article 21 section 1 WpHG that his voting rights on IMW Immobilien AG
(ISIN: DE 000A0BVWY6) have exceeded the 3% and the 5% limit of voting
rights on December  28, 2007 and now amount 5,26% of the voting rights.
This corresponds to 800,000 voting rights.
