On 21 December 2007, Solar initiated a share buy-back programme which runs
until 4 March 2008. The share buy-back is limited to DKK 30 million. The
programme is structured in compliance with the “Safe Harbour” provisions of the
Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003.
Since the publication of announcement no. 24 2007 on 21 December 2007, the
following transactions have been made under the share buy-back programme:

capital and 2.14% of the votes.
Buy-back of DKK 24,336,566 remains under the programme.
