Entropic Communications Announces Exercise in Full of Underwriters' Over-Allotment Option

(Nasdaq:ENTR) today announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock have exercised in full their over-allotment option, purchasing an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders. Including the over-allotment shares purchased today, the offering totaled 9,200,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price of $6.00 per share (before underwriting discounts and commissions).
