dividend for 2007. Subscription period: 19 January 2008 9 am (Danish time) to 1
February 2008 5 pm. (Danish time).

which will not be admitted to trading and official listing on OMX Nordic
Exchange Copenhagen A/S. The new shares will be traded and officially listed in

Danish Commerce and Companies Agency; expectedly 6 February 2008.
