Astroview Inc. Announces Breakthrough in Electron Flow for Silicon Devices

SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 10, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Astroview Inc. announced today that it has developed a unique process to enhance electron flow and reduce heat in transistor applications by magnitudes. This technology was actually proven prior to 2006 using mathematical models but Astroview decided to hold off the announcement until now as the market now appears ready. J. Scott Campbell, CEO of Astroview, stated, "This technology can greatly enhance all transistors applications and may be a significant breakthrough in the use of all OLED devices as well because it prevents avalanching of the electrons between devices causing heat build up and voltage and current surges." Campbell went on to say that Astroview has been primarily focused on new technology in flat screens and structures that can be made with a triode design instead of diode configuration. The company is contemplating licensing and or a public offering in the near future depending on market conditions.
