Changes to SPRON's management board Valgeir Baldursson has been appointed SPRON's Finance Director and is taking over from Harpa Gunnarsdottir who has been both the company's Finance and Operations Director since November 2006. Harpa will continue as SPRON's Operations Director. Valgeir completed a MBA degree from the University of Reykjavik in 2007 and previously a business degree from the University of Iceland in 1993. Since October 2007 Valgeir has served as SPRON Investments Director and prior to that he was a part of SPRON's corporate advisory team. From 2003-2005 Valgeir was the owner and managing director of Álit ehf. Valgeir will take over the position of Finance Director from January 15.
