Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 09, 2008 , Ratio Asset Management LLP London, Great Britain has
informed us according to Article 21, para.1 of the WpHG, that on 4th
January 2008 the voting interest held by Ratio Asset Management LLP in TAG
Tegernsee Immobilien u. Beteiligungs AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0008303504, WKN: 830350, exceeded the threshold of 5% and on that day
amounted to 5.06% (actual percentage of voting rights immediately after
passing the threshold)
1,646,281 of the voting shares (5.06%) are attributable to Ratio Asset
Management LLP in accordance with section 22, para.1, sent.1, No. 6 of the
WpHG.
Voting rights attributed to them by 'The Ratio European Fund' (3.62%) and
'MAC Lochsong 19A Limited' (1,44).
