Release of a Voting Rights announcement

ZAM Europe L.P., Greenwich, USA, has informed us according to section 21
para. 1 WpHG that on 18 December 2007 they have exceeded the thresholds of
3% and 5% of voting rights in VTG Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland,
and held 5,60% (equivalent to 1.197.161 voting rights) as of the
aforementioned date.


PBK Holdings Inc., Greenwich, USA, the General Partner of ZAM Europe L.P.,
has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG  that on 18 December
2007 they have exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of voting rights in VTG
Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, and held 5,60% (equivalent to
1.197.161 voting rights) as of the aforementioned date.
The voting rights are to be ascribed to PBK Holdings Inc. pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholders in VTG AG owning 3% or more
are to be ascribed to them: ZAM Europe, L.P., Greenwich, USA.


Philip Korsant, USA, has informed us according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG 
that on 18 December 2007 he has exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of
voting rights in VTG Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, and held
5,60% (equivalent to 1.197.161 voting rights) as of the aforementioned
date.
The voting rights are to be ascribed to him pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1  WpHG.
The voting rights of the following enterprises which are holding more than
3% or more in VTG AG and which are controlled by him, are ascribed to him:
ZAM Europe, L.P., Greenwich, USA and PBK Holdings, Inc., Greenwich, USA.
