Thomas Widstrand new General Manager of Gunnebo Troax

Gunnebo security group has today employed Thomas Widstrand as General Manager of
the Competence Centre Indoor Perimeter Security (Gunnebo Troax AB). He is taking
up his position immediately.

Thomas Widstrand, 50, is a graduate economist. He is joining Gunnebo from a
position as President and CEO of Borås Wäfveri AB, prior to this he was
President of Cardo Pump AB. He also has some twenty years of experience from
senior management positions within the ESAB group. As of today Thomas Widstrand
will be a member of the Group's management team, where he will replace the
former General Manager of the Competence Centre Indoor Perimeter
Security/Gunnebo Troax, Stefan Andersson, who has decided to leave Gunnebo in
order to devote himself to his family's business.
