The UCITS fund SEB Institutionel 
•	Sub-fund ”Ashmore Emerging Market Bonds ex udbytte”
•	Sub-fund ”US High Yield Bonds (RiverSource) ex udbytte”



The shares are admitted to trading from and including 14 January 2008.

Last day of trading is 2 April 2008 when the shares will be merged with those
of the relevant mother sub-fund.
