Derrick G. Noe leaves Pfleiderer AG
Neumarkt, January 14, 2008 Mr. Derrick G. Noe, Chief Financial Officer of
Pfleiderer AG, is leaving the Executive Board of MDAX listed Pfleiderer AG
(ISIN DE0006764749) effective January 14, 2008, after todays resolution of
the Pfleiderer Supervisory Board.
The Pfleiderer AG Supervisory Board will decide about a successor for the
CFO in due course. For the time being the Chief Executive Officer Hans H.
Overdiek and the Executive Board Members Michael Ernst and Dr. Robert
Hopperdietzel will take on respective duties.
