that via shares its Voting Rights on GCI Management AG, Brienner Str. 7,
80333 Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0005855183, WKN: 585518, have exceeded the
20 % limit of the Voting Rights on December 18, 2007 and now amount to
20,6538% (this corresponds to 3.752.707 of totally 18.169.551 Voting
