Release of a voting rights announcement pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, Dublin, Ireland, has informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 and sec. 22 WpHG in its own name as well as in
the name and on behalf of the further persons listed below that the share
of voting stocks in WashTec AG, Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN:
750750, of each of the following persons exceeded the 3% threshold on
January 10, 2008 and amounted to 3.125% (475,000 shares) on this day:
1. EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, Dublin, Ireland,
2. Electra Quoted Management Ltd., London, Great Britain,
3. Electra Kingsway Holdings Ltd., London, Great Britain,
4. Electra Partners Group Ltd., London, Great Britain,
5. Nmasl Agencia de Valores S.A., Madrid, Spain and
6. Nmas Uno IBG S.A., Madrid, Spain.
These voting rights are in their entirety directly held by EQMC Europe
Development Capital Fund plc.
As regards the persons listed above under no. 2 through 6 these voting
rights are in their entirety attributable to each of them pursuant to sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 in conjunction with sent. 3 WpHG out of shares
held by EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc.
Such shares are held by the persons listed above under no. 2 through 6
through EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc, a company which is
directly and indirectly, respectively controlled by such persons, as
follows:
- EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc is a company controlled jointly
and directly by Electra Quoted Management Ltd. and Nmasl Agencia de Valores
S.A.
- Electra Quoted Management Ltd., in turn, is directly controlled by
Electra Kingsway Holdings Ltd. and the latter is directly controlled by
Electra Partners Group Ltd.
- Nmasl Agencia de Valores S.A. is directly controlled by Nmas Uno IBG S.A.
