Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Correction of the publication dated January 14, 2008
SBW Schweizer Beteiligungs-Werte AG, Zürich/Schweiz, has informed us
according to Arti-cle 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on January 9, 2008 its
voting rights in our company (FHR Finanzhaus AG, Hamburg/Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000RTM4444, WKN: RTM444) attained and exceeded the 75% threshold of the
voting rights. On January 9, 2008 the percentage of the voting rights held
amounted to 75.02%. This corresponds to 45,012,097 voting rights.
Mr. Klaus Mutschler, Schweiz, has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 and Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG that on
January 9, 2008 his voting rights in our company attained and exceeded the
75% threshold of the voting rights. On January 9, 2008 the percentage of
the voting rights held amounted to 75.02%. This corresponds to 45,012,097
voting rights. The voting rights held directly by SBW Schweizer
Beteiligungs-Werte AG are fully attributed to Mr. Klaus Mutschler according
to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
