313music JWP AG places its second stock tranche and successfully oncludes
its capital increase
Munich, Jan. 14, 2008 313music JWP AG has successfully completed the
capital increase resolved in November 2007 on the full scale envisaged. All
in all, 2,083,333 new shares were issued at a subscription price of EUR
1.20 per unit. The majority of the new shares, namely 1.6 million units,
were placed with subscribers in a first tranche (see ad hoc disclosure of
Dec. 10, 2007). The second tranche consisting of the remaining 483,333
shares has now been subscribed to by private and strategic investors in the
context of a non-public placement at the fixed subscription price.
This phase of the capital increase has led to an additional cash injection
for the Company of approx. EUR 580,000, bringing the total to about EUR 2.5
million.
