City Service AB has made the highest bid on Šilutės butų ūkis UAB shares in a privatization auction, held on 11 January, 2008. City Service AB has proposed 2.087 million LTL for the 80,02% share stock owned by Šilutė district municipality. The opening price was 1 million LTL. Šilutės butų ūkis UAB manages 285 thousand square meters of facilities area in Šilutės district. City Service AB already owns 19,8% shares of Šilutės butų ūkis UAB. City Service Group now consists of 20 facilities management companies operating in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The Group serves 9.5 million square meters of facilities. The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for the nine months of 2007 was LTL 125 million (EUR 36 million), an increase by 115 % over the total revenue of LTL 58 million (EUR 17 million) for the nine months of 2006.
