Eaglecrest Explorations Inc. (TSX-V:EEL) has just announced that further high-grade gold intervals have been identified in their L484 gold shoot at their San Simon project in Bolivia. The L484 gold shoot is located 150 metres west of the L463 gold shoot, which last year returned the best drill hole gold assay results in the Company's history. Eaglecrest began its infill and delineation program on the L484 gold shoot in late October 2007; the results will be integrated into the NI 43-101 compliant gold resource being developed for the project's Dona Amelia zone. Novawest Resources Inc. (TSX-V:NVE) (Frankfurt:NWN) says that the airborne geophysical survey being conducted over their 12,500 hectare Centre Uranium Property in Quebec's historic Chibougamau mining camp is well underway and should be completed over the next few days. Novawest has also acquired additional claims that are being included in the project. Assay results and analysis from 40 samples are currently pending. Novawest has several properties in the prolific camp, prospective for copper, gold, uranium and vanadium.
