1. Hereby we, NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG with address in Frankfurt am
Main, Germany, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG
that we exceeded the thresholds of 75% of the voting rights in itelligence
AG on 14 January 2008. Our voting portion now amounts to 87.41%. This
corresponds to 20,974,169 votes. The aforementioned voting rights are held
directly by us.
2. Hereby we, NTT DATA EUROPE Verwaltungs-GmbH with address in Frankfurt am
Main, Germany, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG
that we exceeded the thresholds of 75% of the voting rights in itelligence
AG on 14 January 2008. Our voting portion now amounts to 87.41%. This
corresponds to 20,974,169 votes. This voting portion comprises 87.41%
voting rights (corresponding to 20,974,169 voting rights) of NTT DATA
EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG, which are attributed to us pursuant to section 22
para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and which are held directly by NTT DATA EUROPE
GmbH & Co. KG.
3. Hereby we, NTT DATA CORPORATION with address in Tokio, Japan, are
notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG that we exceeded
the thresholds of 75% of the voting rights in itelligence AG on 14 January
2008. Our voting portion now amounts to 87.41%. This corresponds to
20,974,169 votes. This voting portion comprises 87.41% voting rights
(corresponding to 20,974,169 voting rights) of NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co.
KG and NTT DATA EUROPE Verwaltungs-GmbH, which are attributed to us
pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and which are held
directly by NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG.
4. Hereby we, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation with address in
Tokio, Japan, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 sentence 1 WpHG
that we exceeded the thresholds of 75% of the voting rights in itelligence
AG on 14 January 2008. Our voting portion now amounts to 87.41%. This
corresponds to 20,974,169 votes. This voting portion comprises 87.41%
voting rights (corresponding to 20,974,169 voting rights) of NTT DATA
