Group Aktiengesellschaft, Bochum, exceeded the three percent threshold on 
January 9, 2008 and now amounts to 3,05 percent (5.607.000 shares). These
voting rights are attributable to Fidelity Management & Research Company
pursuant to section 22 (1) 6 WpHG.
