WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that on January 10, 2008, their Voting
Rights on SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (ISIN DE000SKWM013) fell below
the 3% threshold and amounted to 2.98% (131612 Voting Rights) effective
that day.

Thereof, 2.62% (116012 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to art. 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).
