Listing of Nykredit Bank's "0% NB Trend 2010"

On 5 October 2007 Nykredit Bank A/S issued a structured bond loan "0% NB Trend
2010". The total return is linked to the price development in an underlying
refer-ence index which consists of a currency index and a commodity index, each
with a weighting of 50%. The bond loan will be redeemed on 5 October 2010 at
par (100) plus 100% of the return on the underlying reference index. 

Bonds with a nominal value of DKK 18,050,000 have been issued at par.

The bonds will be listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen, 18 January 2008
being the first trading day. 

The bonds have been assigned the following ISIN: DK0030053137.
