Pfleiderer confirms talks with financial investors

DE0006764749), announces, that it has been approached by financial
investors who are interested in a participation in Pfleiderer AG.
Pfleiderer AG confirms that there have been talks with various financial
investors. The management board of Pfleiderer AG can imagine having
additional financially strong key investors besides the family Pfleiderer
and has informed the financial investors accordingly.
One of the financial investors has informed the management board of
Pfleiderer AG that it is considering to submit a takeover bid. The
departure of the chief financial officer, Derrick Noe, occurred in this
context.
