On January 16, 2008, we were notified by Fidelity Investment Trust, 82
Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA, pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG that:

On 30 August 2007 Fidelity Investment Trust exceeded the threshold of 3 %
of voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen,
Germany. On that date, Fidelity Investment Trust held 3.02% of the voting
rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,114,045 voting rights.
