Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 16, 2008, we received two notifications pursuant to section 21
(1) WpHG from Fidelity Management & Research Company, 82 Devonshire Street,
Boston, Massachusetts 02109, USA:
I.
On 25 January 2007 Fidelity Management & Research Company exceeded the
threshold of 3 % of voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,
Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management &
Research Company held 3.18% of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 2,227,611voting rights.
All voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to
Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG.
In addition, on 14 September 2007, Fidelity Management & Research Company
exceeded the threshold of 5 % of voting rights in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft, Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany. On that date,
Fidelity Management & Research Company held 5.23 % of the voting rights in
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft arising from 3,660,042 voting rights.
All voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to
Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company inter alia from Fidelity Investment Trust, being a
shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft.
II.
On 8th January 2008 Fidelity Management & Research Company crossed below
the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft,
Opernplatz 2, 45128 Essen, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management &
Research Company held 4.91% of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft arising from 3,435,431 voting rights.
All voting rights in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were attributed to
Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company inter alia from Fidelity Investment Trust, being a
shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft.
