Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On January 17, 2008 , Feri Finance AG, Bad Homburg, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on
Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN:
A0HN5C, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 06,
2007 and now amount to 3.33% (this corresponds to 878,157 Voting Rights).
3.33% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 878,157 Voting Rights) are
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
The Voting Rights to be attributed are held by Feri Finance AG via the
following subsidiaries controlled by it which each hold 3% or more of the
Voting Rights on Deutsche Wohnen AG: Feri Institutional Advisors GmbH and
Ferrum Pension Managment S.a.r.l.
