Notification of a change in shareholding according to Securities
Markets Act 2:10


Tekla Corporation has received the following notification on January
15, 2008: Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited's holdings
in Tekla Corporation have crossed above the 5% threshold on January
14, 2008. According to the notification, their holdings are now in
total 1.151.354 shares, which represent 5.098% of Tekla's shares and
voting rights.

The stock of Tekla Corporation comprises a total of 22,586,200
shares.
