Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Ratio Asset Management LLP, London, Great Britain, informed us on 7th
January 2008:

'We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 31st
December 2007 the voting interest held by Ratio Asset Management LLP in
Itelligence AG (located at Königsbreede 1, 33605 Bielefeld) fell below the
threshold of 3% and now amounts to 0.0% (actual percentage of voting rights
immediately after passing the threshold).

None of the voting shares are attributable to us in accordance with section
22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG.'
