SYSOPENDIGIA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT SUBSCRIPTION OF SYSOPENDIGIA SHARES WITH THE 2005K2-STOCK OPTIONS SYSOPENDIGIA Plc's 2005K2-stock options have been exercised and 494,145 new shares have been subscribed for. The share subscription price with the 2005K2- stock options was EUR 2.28 per share. Following these subscriptions SYSOPENDIGIA's share capital will increase by EUR 49,414.50 totalling EUR 2,085,364.50. The total number of shares will increase by 494,145 shares to 20,853,645. The share subscription period with 2005K2- stock options commenced on January the 1st, 2006 and ended on December the 31st, 2007. The 2005K2-stock option scheme is based on the resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 1, 2005. The subscribed 494,145 new SYSOPENDIGIA shares have been entered into the Trade Register on January the 18th, 2008. The new shares will carry shareholders' rights from the date of registration. SYSOPENDIGIA has applied for their listing on the Nordic Exchange together with the company's existing shares. Trading in these shares will start approximately on January 21st, 2008.
