Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Correction of announcement January 21, 2008 09.05 AM

On January 18, 2008 , Mr Burghardt Wittig, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on MOLOGEN AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006637200, WKN: 663720,
have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 16,
2008  and now amount to 2.95% (this corresponds to 275000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 2.31% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 215000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wittig  from BUCHRI Verwaltungs GmbH.

Explanation by Professor Dr. Burghardt Wittig: 
The voting rights have fallen below the limit due to changes in
organizational structure of BUCHRI Verwaltungs GmbH, Berlin. Therefore
these voting rights cannot be attributed to me in full anymore.
