By connecting the A24S to Infortrend's S16S-J1000 SAS-to-SAS JBODs, organizations can easily and economically add terabytes of storage using low-cost SATA drives. Built-in RAID5 and RAID6 support gives IT managers the assurance that all of their valuable data remains protected and available. For easier RAID configuration and management the A24S-R/G2130 comes with SANWatch(r), Infortrend's proprietary software suite that provides customers with a friendlier RAID management interface and advanced data protection tools such as snapshot available as add-on features.
