FactSet ranked #20 on the Best Small Companies list (those with 1,000-2,500 employees) and #52 in the overall 100. The latest rankings mark FactSet's first appearance on the list and the first year the company has participated. Around 1,500 companies are recruited or ask to participate; to be eligible, they must be at least seven years old and have 1,000 or more employees.
