SOCIETE GENERALE STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 JANUARY 2008 SOCIETE GENERALE TO ISSUE NINE NEW TURBOS. THE ISSUE INCLUDES TURBOS ON THE DAX INDEX AND THE NOKIA PLC SHARE. Societe Generale, one of the leading issuers of covered warrants worldwide, issues a total of nine new European Turbo warrants on the Helsinki Stock Exchange (HEX). The Turbos will be subject to public trading on the HEX Exchange List as of 25 January 2008. The underlying assets of the Turbos will be the DAX Index and the Nokia Plc share. The issue includes four Long Turbos and five Short Turbos. The Turbos will be issued under the Societe Generale warrant program.
